Personal Statement
Dr Nadia Zahoor is a Lecturer and Chancellor's Fellow at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Strathclyde Business School. Prior to joining the University of Strathclyde, Nadia was a Lecturer at the Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise, University of Central Lancashire. She has PhD degree in Management from the Huddersfield Business School, University of Huddersfield. She also holds MBA (distinction) degree in International Business from the Business School, University of Greenwich.
Nadia’s research focuses on two interrelated areas of alliance networks. First, she studies the dynamics of alliance networks by SMEs. She is interested in investigating how alliance networks are formed and managed. Second, her research relates to the creation of value in alliance networks. She studies how alliance networks allow SMEs to achieve innovation and internationalisation.
Her research, teaching, and enterprise activities have been supported by grants from research institutions totalling more than £29,000.

Teaching Interests
Nadia's teaching pedagogy is engaging and interactive, including lots of class discussions and debates. She has taught Entrepreneurship, International Business and Strategy modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in different universities including University of Huddersfield, University of Central Lancashire, and University of Strathclyde.
