Description
This is an ongoing project investigating multiple dimensions of the industrial relations dispute between British Airways and the British Airways Stewards and Staff Association of 2009-2011. Different aspects of the study focus inter alia on the labour process roots of mobilisations, aspects of gender and identity, the use of social media and new technologies, an analysis of real time blogs of cabin crew.
