Control of the emitted polarization in a 1310 nm spin-VCSEL subject to circularly polarized optical injection

We report the first optical injection experiment on a dilute nitride 1300 nm spin-VCSEL at room temperature. Effective control of the polarization of the light emitted by the spin-VCSEL is theoretically predicted and experimentally demonstrated.
