Female talent development and African business schools

This article extends the talent development literature by investigating the level of institutionalization of female talent development practices in African business schools, comparing this with the international best practice. The paper further examines the role of indigenous and multinational enterprises in supporting FTD and discusses some implications for other stakeholder groups.
