Abstract
The report 4.5 describes a method to model an industrial SPF tool subject to thermo-mechanical cycling that simulates the industrial process conditions using the finite element software ABAQUS Standard. This report identifies the property data required to simulate the behaviour of the alloy to predict die life and failure, in order to meet the requirements of milestone 4.5 under SAMULET 5.1.7.
