Static and aeroelastic flow control using a discrete vortex method

A discrete vortex method has been developed for the numerical analysis of bridge deck configurations, and has been applied to a number of cases to determine both static loading and aeroelastic properties (e.g. flutter derivatives) of existing and novel designs.
